The Top Management of HOQ Management Services Pvt. Ltd. recognizes the critical importance of impartiality in certification activities. We actively manage conflicts of interest and ensure objectivity in all certification decisions.

Our impartiality commitments include:

  1. No Consultancy Conflict
    HOQ, its staff, auditors, subcontractors, and partners shall not engage in the design, implementation, or maintenance (including internal audits) of management systems for certification clients, nor have been involved in such activities within the past two years.

  2. Commitment to Trust & Integrity
    We uphold the principles of impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality, and responsiveness to complaints, while actively addressing risks such as self-interest, self-review, familiarity, and intimidation threats.

  3. Conflict of Interest Risk Management
    HOQ identifies and evaluates risks to impartiality arising from relationships with personnel, subcontractors, and associated organizations. Ongoing risk assessments are conducted to eliminate or minimize threats, and these are reviewed during management review meetings.
